Welcome
to "Starlight Ranch" where
dreams and friendships begin. In 2006 our family grew
with the marriage of Kris & Savanna, both of which
want to be apart of the ranch. We are all looking
forward to the 2007 show season.

Introducing
Wyatt, our red merle Mini Aussie. His favorite past
time is keeping us in his sights. He loves going out
to do chores or work on projects around the ranch
as well as riding on the 4-wheeler with Tom. Wyatt
is extremely laid back and loves everyone we are happy
to have him in our lives. This breed is just awesome
and so darn loyal, they steel your heart so fast you
don't realize it's happening.
The
Palouse is tucked away in Southeastern Washington,
where you will find rolling hills and forest land
that continue as far as the eye can see. To many it's
an undiscovered paradise, offering an abundance of
outdoor recreation opportunities at it's finest.
Many
communities lie within the Palouse. Pullman, Washington
and Moscow, Idaho which are the two main hub cities,
are surrounded by many smaller towns nestled among
wheat, lentil and dry pea fields and natural forest
lands. Garfield, Washington is 22 miles north of Pullman,
Washington on Hwy 27, 60 miles south of Spokane, Washington
and north of Lewiston, Idaho.
The
Palouse has been home to our families for over 40
years, the beauty and outdoors keep us tied to this
region. Visions of "Starlight Ranch"
began in 1985 when we purchased the land.
As you will see throughout this site, Starlight Ranch
has made many changes over the years. All of which
have been completed by Tom and Leila Styer, along
with help from family and friends. Many of the changes
include improving the land, safe foal fencing, stall
addition, out buildings, interior and exterior home
improvements and landscaping.
Our
ranch is committed to raising show quality Paint foals
with the beauty, athletic ability, conformation and
willing minds needed to compete in today’s show
arena. So watch for us at the next APHA show in you're
area.
