The
Palouse has been our home for many years, the beauty
and outdoors keep us tied to this region. We are extremely
proud to welcome you to "Starlight Ranch".
Originated in 1985 and has made many changes over
the years. We selected the name Starlight Ranch after
a special horse named "Iron Stars Leo" (Star),
and the five acres of white fencing we installed in
the spring of 1997.
Starlight
Ranch was established in 1985!!!
As
you will see throughout this section, Starlight
Ranch was established from the ground up.
The was nothing but nonproductive land and a lot of
junk that needed cleared out before we could even
begin. We enjoy this section of the site as it really
gives us a sense of accomplishment of where we once
were and where we are now. But as you will see, we
started building on the land first, then came our
breeding program. We have owned "Ima Midnight
Dixie" since 1989. She is the foundation to our
program.
